Our Journey

How We Started and Why It Matters

We're eravix.org s.r.o., and we've been thinking about aging differently since we founded the company. It's not about isolation or loss of independence. It's about creating connections that let seniors stay in their own homes, doing the things they love, with real human support when they need it.

When we started, we noticed something troubling across the Czech Republic. Families were struggling to balance work, their own lives, and caring for aging parents. Seniors were lonely, anxious about burdening their children, and desperate to maintain dignity. There had to be a better way.

So we built it. We trained a network of companions who don't just show up for a paycheck. They genuinely care about making daily life better. Whether it's helping with groceries, sorting through paperwork, going for a walk, or simply sitting down for tea and conversation—our companions are there to help aging family members live independently, on their own terms.
